This screenshot displays the initial step in building a contact's request for service. Once this form is completed and the Update button is clicked, you will be presented with another form that builds your response to this particular request. If this second step is not completed, the transaction is left "open" for future response(s). Building this as a two-step transaction allows AdvantEdge to not only track services rendered, but also unfulfilled requests.
AdvantEdge will provide another methodology to service contact requests called "QuickServe". This methodology will allow you to input multiple requests in a single transaction and should only be used when you are sure that the contact's requests will be fully satisfied.

If you wish to return to this window, you may click the "Return to Description" link on the larger image or on the Request link in the menu.
